The most annoying weapon in this game is the RR.
I hate it so much whenever I die by one, especially when it's a basic RR from 500 ******* meters away.

But I don't complain on the forums asking for a nerf. If anything, the RR is now quite balanced and I have accepted that. It's just that if you're going to be THAT ******* who sits there on the hill, on the pipes, on the ledge, with your 100 meter range weapon killing me every time I dip below 200 armor after I just killed 5 guys rushing the objective...

It pisses me off. They didn't deserve that kill, I have no way to fight back, and because of the way that the game renders the RR round (and because of your massive distance away from me), I have almost no way of telling where the **** you are or how I'm supposed to counter you.

Still isn't a reason for a nerf. And just because someone gets too close to an HMG and doesn't understand why their puny weapon couldn't kill that heavy in the HMG's OPTIMAL RANGE, doesn't mean that the HMG nor the sentinel needs to be nerfed.

Oh and by the way? I don't care if they tone down the HMG a little bit. Because I'm still going to kill you with it, I'm not a skill-less crutch using heavy, I'm the kind of heavy that slaughters all the other heavies single handedly which you would call "heavy spam."

They nerfed most of the light weapons, so it wouldn't bother me that much if they lowered the HMG damage a little bit.

But you need to understand that the Shotgun was also not nerfed (much) in 1.8, and that it needs to be proportionally changed along with the HMG if said change even happens at all.

The solution to your problem isn't "nerf the hell out of the HMG dat **** is OP bro." It's oh, well why don't we increase the dispersion a little so it's even less effective at medium range?

We really need that thing to instantly melt scouts. Because if we don't, the scout is going to instantly MELT US.

There's a difference between a crutch and a WEAPON YOU'VE SUNK MILLIONS OF SP INTO and CAN'T USE ANYTHING ELSE.
