I really doubt anyone is going to ban you over such a thread, don't delude yourself. As for the revenue, it was more EVE helping DUST float and funding Legion, not your Dust funds going Legion...

Considering Dust is still being supported, has survived countless "Will die next month" scares dreamt up by the playerbase, never had a long lifespan anyways due to being on the PS3 (Anyone thinking else lacks foresight, PS3 was old when Dust came out), and my character progression on Dust counting towards a Leegion transfer, I'm okay with Dust making a Better Legion.
PS3 Dust never had a long lifespan, it had to transfer to the PS4 or the PC to survive. Did you really expect otherwise? Well and Truly?
How long did you think CCP would keep the PS3 plan going? How many more years do you think the PS3 still has in it before Sony shuts down the support? Would you rather Legion went to the PS4 instead of the PC? Would you feel better if Legion was called Dust MKII instead of Legion? Are you not okay with the Dust progression transferring to Legion?
I'm personally happy that we don't have to work with Sony anymore and can get updates out faster without them being Scheduled or Checked by a third party.

Yeah, I agree I was a nutter for believing CCP when they talked about how long they would support it. I was in the beta, that's longer then most. |
