Raticate was a beast at lower levels, and could learn lots of moves. I always used him up until about halfway through the game.
I only play dust514ums now. It was always more fun than the actual game anyways.

It should also be noted that CCP does have a good idea of where the Heavy fits, as there is a CCP DEV (CCP Archduke) who runs Sentinels, and even has a PRO HMG to match.
I ran into him yesterday.
Amarrians would prefer you be faithful... I'd rather you be logical.

Glad to have read that. I can deal with heat build up proposal more so than the overall nerfing of heavies and their signature weapon

That's a CCP GM, not a DEV. Still a really cool guy though.
