Caldari: Martini for their CEOs? Dunno about them.
Give me your choice for each race, and why.
You do know Vitoc is a highly addictive and poisonous drug that causes agonising withdrawal symptoms without the antidote..... no sane person would drink that if they had a choice.
Amarr drink Spiced Wine, its a specialty of ours.
Caldari drink various forms of teas.
Gallente love their Quafe.

Umm.... WTF? I really hope you've got some serious ties with Ishukone Corporation. I may or may not have contracted with them in the past but absolutely have no interest in their insorum program.
Insorum's origins are not IC knowledge as far as I am aware....
