I know of the Amarr assault getting a buff, but I couldn't find any other info.

The Amarr Logi has one less slot only because it has a sidearm, but I think they forgot about that when making the Assault version. I'm cool with that, but I'm hoping the Cal/Gal get a CPU/PG buff and I have no idea what to do with the Minny Assault.
Not to mention I think all Assaults need a ehp buff.

Switching the Cal and Min slot layouts seems like the most obvious thing to do. Although I don't understand why they need a buff to fittings, as they already have the skill bonus towards fitting weapons. I think that with the new shield buffs, it will be more viable to drop down one complex to one enhanced extender (instead of taking up so much space with 3+ complex shields)...and the recharger buffs will do the same thing in terms of not having to use complex modules that take up so much cpu. I'm gonna wait until Bravo before I make any real decisions though. Just because the Cal/Gal have the lower CPU/PG of every single Proto suit across all tiers. 394/79 with max skills.
Not to mention the CPU/PG increase to plates(which was meant to make them least attractive to scouts) hurt assaults a bit.

A sidearm at the cost of both an equipment slot AND a module slot? one of those tradeoffs would have been fair, not both. Doesn't it also have the CPU/PG?

I'm fine with Amarr having one less slot as long as they get a huge health boost but if not give them an extra low slot.
All of these bonuses would keep in line with the Assaults being the aggressive playstyle.
Even when Legion comes around you can easily move the mentioned bonuses to just suit stats and then include the Damage bonus and two light weapons. I like all of them, but I feel like giving us a RoF bonus would quickly turn the GalAssault and AR into a super FoTM and be OP.
My poor ole GalScout felt the nerf hammer hard, I don't wanna see it happen to my other suits(I can guarantee we will see a nerf to the GalHeavy before the Amarr Heavy)

I think that every suit should have a skill bonus to that race's weapon system, that way a suit meant to use more resource-intensive weaponry is encouraged to use those weapons instead of using something that costs less to fit and thus give it more leftover CPU/PG than other suits.
That made sense before the ScR got a PG reduction and before the new bonus that lowers all fitting cost.
Gallente had that bonus before, so in theory, the suit kind of lost some fittings.

Bonus rep per sec is also a good idea. As for damage buff, not sure its even needed now that the ar is back. All rifles should have a scope tbh I think that's more a personal preference thing tho. I like the iron sights on the AR and hate the Acog looking thing.
A buddy of mine liked the LR before they changed the sights in 1.8

Amarr Slot layout really should be 2/5 with slightly less PG to balance out in favour of the increased armour module slots Slightly... less PG. Yes, having more low slots to consume huge amounts of PG does logically extend to reducing total PG counts. So does having the most PG-draining weapon in the game. Now, a CPU nerf I could probably get behind. Dem armor reps doe. Cost almost as much as extenders. Tell me about, my GalAssault can barely fit 2.
