Not while trying to aim, no, I don't believe so. Then again, I've never actually timed how fast I can mash a button. I had to use a turbo controller in Starfox Adventures just to beat one button mashing challenge. XD

XD It's pretty straightforward; it's no ScR, after all. I personally can manage a consistent five presses to drain the magazine faster than I can with an ACR. (I can't stand the ACR for some reason.
