Sounds good; might nerf scout EHP too while we're at it. Movement speed too, probably.
Because it's heavies that are overpowered right now. As an assault player, I find that comical.
(For the record, it makes me laugh looking back and seeing all the scouts talking about how 'they'd be so upset' if scouts weren't 'hard-mode' anymore.)

All the Cal and Gal scouts running around tells me scouts are easy mode.
Broken bonuses? I'm pretty certain that's not the extent of it.
Your scout has better fitting capacity, comparable EHP potential, greater speed, superior EWAR, more equipment...
Literally anything an assault can be built to do a scout can be built to do better.
I am pretty sure bonuses won't help there.
Essentially what your argument boils down to is you saying 'I'm fitting my Gunnlogi with multiple shield boosters, armour hardeners and ammo expanders and using a missile turret! Tanks aren't easy mode!'.

PS heavies require more skill then you think Hell no. At the moment I think Scouts and ADS have the highest player-skill ceiling.
Scouts also have the third lowest skill floor, after heavies and tanks (in my personal opinion). I'd say assaults are hard to use and don't scale well with player skill in this current meta, whereas logis are still pretty ace.
