I unfortinetly won't be going to legion after this but I do hope it succeeds.... When I heard the news I was pissed but yet happy that this IP had a future..and I knew the only way was to move it to another system.....
But on a more serious note this is all you got CCP.....you can't afford to get it wrong again...and I mean on the first shot...... There can't be any monthly updates to try to fix legion.....the day it comes out it has to be the game that everybody wanted or else...well your screwed.. ..so best wishes and you can do it!
What are your wishes/thoughts on legion?

If it's anything like any other game nowadays hot-fixes are the new hot lick thing. It will be released as a full untested game and many patches are to follow. Also, day 1 DLC.

I hope it crashes just as hard as Dust did when the players realize the Devs aren't up to snuff.
I wish a good production team would be hired on to fix this game - 18 months ago.
Just wait til we see Legion trailers.
Then, imagine how it would look if it had been made 8 years earlier. Imagine all that could go wrong, because it will.

legion is just a place holder so they don't have to cancel half of their IP in the same 3 month span. ccp praetorian and ccp rouge are former EA developers who only know how to pinch out a loaf of a game.
ccp is on hard times. they can't fill the brackets for their alliance tournament this year, so their having a second chance. things are bad. rip ccp. had a good few years.
never giving ccp another dollar after that fanfest.

We all know now that CCP has no choice but to get this right the first time THIS TIME. Or else there will be an epic backlash on them.

They say thier better at coding on PC, but pilot quarters are proof that it takes more than familiar ground to win a battle.
The one thing that needs deep consideration is the leads on the project. If there is no unified vision, there is no endgame. I've been working as a modeller for the past 5 years and the most important element on any project is having people with a clear vision of thier goal.
WoD is a great example of almost a decade of time and resources wasted because the leads had no idea what the final product would look or feel like.
