Instead of buffing the Amarr Scout into usefulness, they nerfed the Gal Scout to match in uselessness.

What is the point of being fast and a good hacker if you are approx 200 ehp and can get hunted and gunned down because you are all over everyone's tacnet?
I used to be able to stealth hack objectives with reds all around me, and now they know exactly where I am, completely defenseless. But please, nerf me more because other people abuse broken mechanics. Because the tanking nerf worked out so well...
