An observation I have while piloting is that that's what most of you do; run in a straight line away from HAV's.
By the way, I've been killed twice by blasters since 1.7. One time I ran out of stamina in a field (I avoided the blaster for a minute before, and about 20 seconds afterwards), and another time I was surrounded by 3 HAV's (but I danced around them and actually killed 2 of them before I died from the last one.).
I call bullshit. You just seem mad that you get slain by blasters for doing stupid things.

I definitely noticed from my first match in 1.7 with 0 proficiency to the second match with level 5 proficiency.
blaster and rail prof doesn't work at all.
