Huh haven't been paying attention..... must have changed awhile ago because I distinctly remember a standard burst and breach at Op II . Tact was the one that opened at IV .
No job is worth doing if you don't get paid in the end .

They need Assault variants(breach for Galente) at standard, as they give newer players(or racial purists that don't want to prance about outside the objective saying "ah, right, i got a ranged weapon, canmt hack!") a method to do a job.
Assault and racial at basic, 'exotic' variants at Advanced, e.g. burst Ar, Breach Scrambler, Tactical Combat Rifle.

AR// Op 1: STD Assault Variant unlocks Op 2: STD Breach Variant unlocks Op 3: ADV Assault and Breach Variants unlock Op 4: ADV Burst and Tactical Variants unlock Op 5: PRO Assault, Breach, Burst, and Tactical Variants unlock (Pretty much what we have now.)
ScR// Op 1: STD Tactical Variant unlocks Op 2: STD Breach Variant unlocks (I would love for the Breach ScR to be a high damage, low range and small capacity tactical. Sorta like the old ScP. Like so.) Op 3: ADV Tactical and Breach Variants unlock Op 4: ADV Burst and Assault Variants unlock (Burst ScR ought to include a charge feature somewhere I think. Other than that, I'm not sure where to go with it, but I'm sure this could be a VERY interesting weapon.) Op 5: PRO Tactical, Breach, Burst, and Assault Variants unlock
CR// Op 1: STD Burst Variant unlocks Op 2: STD Assault Variant unlocks Op 3: ADV Burst and Assault Variants unlock Op 4: ADV Breach and Tactical Variants unlock (The Breach CR ought be a medium capacity, 2-round-burst, high damage, and mid-long ranged weapon with a sizable delay between bursts.) (The Tactical CR should closely mimic a modern day DMR I think. Small magazine, with high damage munitions, a medium powered scope, and lots of kick. For some reason, I can't help but think of the Survivalist's Rifle from FO:NV.) Op 5: PRO Burst, Assault, Breach, and Tactical Variants unlock

Possibly charge>fire 6 shots(clip of 42) and has to respool? Might even not require to repull trigger?
Breach Scr i see as either: similar to the BrAr, in it's fully auto, high damage high accuracy low clipsize Or Charges like a Tac, RoF reduced to like 300/400, and charge damage multiplier increases to like, 6x?
Tac Cr i want to be a miniature field sniper(possibly) having a zoomed Acog, with about 60-70 dmg per shot and 30 clip.

I agree that all items should have a variant at MLT & STD.
I'll make a spreadsheet containing the variants that don't have a MLT/STD counterpart.
Amarrians would prefer you be faithful... I'd rather you be logical.

Burst ScR should fire x number of rounds per time charged. Regular pull fires 2-3, adding rounds until full charge, which fires, I dunno, 15 at max RoF but insta-pops?
