This goes along with militia variants being added so that new players can also properly test out new fittings with the weapons they like. Lets just let the things FINALLY being done for new players be the things for new players and not try to twist it to benefit us that have already gone well past the effect those changes will have. Thats more a Caldari thing, their culture is all about retaining cultural purity, and certain segments looks down on other ethnicities with extreme prejudice. Do you use a rail rifle? actually yes (almost exclusively in fact) and i also use the sniper on occasion as well as the bolt pistol for the sidearm on most of my fits what can I say I'm diversified dust math: getting killed by ion pistol = dropping the soap,useful item= nerfhammer, protostomp= WHY GOD!!!

I wouldn't mind switching to amarr the only reason I'm caldari is because when I made the character I had never done anything in the EvE universe.
