I've stopped playing altogether. It's kinda pathetic, but I can't bear to log in and see this shell of a game I used to love. Especially when 90% of the people I've regularly squaded with are gone.
In all truthfulness, I don't care who wins or who has the most districts, I'm just really happy there are still people who are passionate about this game.

Girl, my PS3 is literally collecting dust! Hahahah. My PSN is bunnywink though.
