I mean the blueberries. Well, it's not that they're underpowered as much as they're just idiots. I've lost so many pubs because idiotberries are sitting around doing jack. A majority of the time my squad mates have the first 6 places on the boards and after that it's a steep drop off and nobody except my squad get over 700 WP.

It has been said before, I forget by who, but blueberries are just bots created by CCP. CCP is testing them for Legions PVE Modes. |

whatever the reason it's certainly being a common issue nearly every round, exactly the same with my squad coming in with top 6 spots the majority of the time, to the point where we had a round recently where my squad a ridiculously good round, (10,000 wp between 2 of our guys) which we lost but instead of being annoyed about ;osing it was fantastic to have a challenge!
what happened to our matchmaker? nearly every round is a red line one way or the other. |

Blue berries make DUST into a MOBA you see, they are the creeps and it is essential to farm them to gain dominance over the enemy team. In a straight twist of the classic MOBA elements, players can now win matches ENTIRELY by farming creeps and going 50-0, such an occurrence is known as a "BG2EZ" victory , which stands for Blueberries getting too easily zerged.

I think there are a lot of new players mixing in with those of us who have been playing since Beta and are overwhelmed, still makes it rough. Had a game yesterday everybody in my 6 man squad had over 2000 WP, 7th place had 300 WP, steep dropoff...

Just had a match where I was practically the only one to be fighting. Opposition wasn't even that tough, 45/7 in ADV gear.
Eight blue dots were in the redline every time I looked at the map. Eight. I pushed the objective several times unsupported or barely supported by one or two brave souls.
If someone is trying, I don't honestly care how badly they do. Bless them - I'll happily donate millions of ISK to them, send them mails filled with hints, squad with them to tutor them, etc.
If they won't even try to get out of the redline then I have no sympathy for however bad they are.
You have long since made your choice. What you make now is a mistake.

Perhaps you should turn that around from their point of view and wonder why PC squads running full proto are running in casual pub matches.
I doubt very much players are going 1-15 because it is just so fun.

I agree with you but again, how many 1-15 games will the average "good" player endure before they grab a sniper rifle and head for the redline. I random squad a lot and have played with plenty of "good" players, some on this forum and some who complain about blueberries, that rage quit the first time they start to go negative and plenty more who go around padding their kdr rather than pushing the objective.
Because, that's why.

What's funny is that I'll be snipping and look at both spawn hubs for both teams and I see ppl running around friendly killing each other, and don't forget about the ones that stay camped in the mcc. |
