The ion pistol one shots almost all cal fits when charged. I don't know why but it should only do like 300 points of damage max against shields but I have taken over 700 somehow.. Even the ones with some armor will die in one charge shot. I will always remember that during the sidearm event I used a basic ion pistol and one shotted someone from 31 meters. Just random luck.

I swear to you, it was a freak accident. I didn't even know it can shoot that far when I did. Again, I was just trolling with the sidearms when that sidearm event happened.
