Indeed. It is significantly harder to hit players with the dispersion changes, especially at range. AVers now should have no reason to complain as Blaster HAV cannot engage reliably past say 60m.
Still someone who knows Blaster Mechanics will still be able to snipe you at +100m but you will have a significantly higher TTK.

With 3/10 the possibility of dying as well. Shoot the LAV, the pilot, or the explosive. From my experience, they all work perfectly.

I was in my railgun Methana the other day, sitting in the turret shooting from 100m+. The turret could barely hit my car let alone me. Good fix is good.
My longest blast kill is 89.2m since hotfix went live. I will take that up to triple digits soon.
