You used to be able to detonate remotes while bleeding out, but you cannot anymore, mostly because solo Protosuit campers started crying and complaining that someone could suicide their suit into a room just to clear them out...
Frankly, bleedout detonations brought a LOT of balance into the Protosuit vs STD casuals, but of course they don't want balance, they want worry-free kills.

i tend to only shoot corpses when medics are operating well, it becomes obvious very quickly when it's occurring.
if someone isn't bleeding out immediately that tends to be a sign that someone might be in range to pick them back up, in which case it will be worth watching their corpse so i can kill the medic that comes to pick them up. |

i started t bagging every proto i kill, i shoot the clone after so im sure he will see it.  . thought it was normal behavior.

Terminating clones does the following:
Removes a clone from the count (by forcing you to respawn)
Prevents you from being revived
Immediately halts your respawn timer, preventing hot respawns (3 second timers)
The last is the most important, as it prevents someone from quickly respawning on a point, or waiting for a point to begin to get hacked and spawning on that. |

if i dont shoot you you can get picked back up as long as you dont try to spawn again if i shoot you it will intent bleed you out.

It would seem that it's often done out of spite. But it's actually a solid tactic. Specifically with scouts, since they continue to have passive scans while bleeding out. Not to mention forcing, the enemy to burn though clones faster. |
