A templar BPO set is being provided by CPM 1 candidate Zion Shad. It is being sold in a lottery system at auction for a 'Buy Now' value of 415 million ISK.
Otherwise, the player with the highest bid value below the buy now amount may claim ownership of the BPO code at the end of the lottery period. Bids are only valid if the player sends ISK to this lottery which can be tracked with ticket log. As a static lottery, 90% of ticket purchases are sent back to the corporation wallet which initiated this lottery--Xer Cloud Consortium (Brush Master takes 10% as a site management fee). XERCC accepts all applications and provides members with Director roles to access this corp wallet freely.
Dust Lottery opperator Brush Master has said lottery Deposits are between 2 to 4 utc. Please follow Dustlottery on twitter for specific details on when to log into XERCC to compete to claim payout--mini DDOS attack notwithstanding.
TLDR: Join Xer, steal what people pay for BPO code.

I can confirm that the lottery is on the site and the ISK will only be transferred after confirmation that the code has been received by the winner.

No not to my corp. You send it to DLOTO the corp which the drawing api is connected. When you send isk type auction in the field for reason.

He normally sells them for 300 million ISK so I could see him droping 150-180m if he was really inclined. Regardless, I will try to get out again to the PS Bang tonight or tomorrow moring to authorize new applicants to XERCC

Just a couple of questions im new to these kind of tradeoffs,if I end up getting the highest bid will I get a code in my dust inbox around 5-7 A.M? (Posting on friday 19th) and would I enter the code on One universe/War or on PSN?

I don't have immediate access to the Dust client as I have to walk to a PS Bang here in Korea. However, I can message you the code to your PSN from my Vita or PM you if you have a Twitter or Email of preference.

Once the code is authorized please comment back here that it worked. If something goes wrong I will double check what Zion Shad sent me. If everything clears that gives Brush Master (lottery operator) the green light to transfer 90% of all bid funds to the Xer Cloud Consortium open wallet (He keeps 10% for personal management). This double check helps alleviate some potential for scam blowback of using the lottery system in the way that I have for an auction.
Edit: I will work promptly to get the code out as quickly as possibly. I am moving out that Sunday Morning, but the lottery should end around 8pm my time here in Seoul so it should work smoothly for a transfer. I just need an address to send it.
