2: built in stuff is a no no. a module that only X thing can use is fine, but built in? No.
3: There's no such thing as a sepc ops suit.
4: Current timers are **** now, and STD adv. and PROTO is going away (although this common uncommon and rare bullshit is probably jus trenamed STD Adv. and PROTO).
5: to the logis getting built in equipment, read 2
6: Your logic is flawed; how can something be more flexible if you force them you use up a slot for something they don't want?

3)You need to watch the WHOLE Legion keynote where it breaks down the new suit progression. Not giving you a link, go find it. Theres a tree in suit progression called Spec Ops

6) instead of a Min logi carrying a rep tool, he could use that slot for lets say an r.e because his rep tool is built in. Instead of going to get a different suit with an r.e on it he can make the suit more FLEXIBLE to do little a.v. or booby trapping while mainly being a combat support logi. If logis dont want some form of equipment they wouldnt have multiple suits with multiple equipment load outs.......

3: The tree showed nothing of the sort (seeing as though it was so small you couldn't read it), and I didn't hear him mention it ever. BTW, I already watched the thing. Twice.
4: I wasn't asking you to change it. Also, they want to go away from the phrase "meta level too". That I picked up from the progression keynote.
6: If you build something into a suit, obviosuly you will have to give up a slot for said thing. That's called balance. Otherwise that suit would be just getting a extra slot and extra CPU/PG for said slot. And that would be unbalanced. Denied. (no, not even the commando gets a extra damage mod. it gets bonuses that looks like a damage mod. Not the same thing).
