Not one candidate has included in their threads or synopsis that they intend to lobby for or help bring the universe of New Eden into this new iteration of the game.
Sigh......

Sigh...... True...i've seen several of the candidates post some strong support for New Eden integration. I think all but a few of the candidates actually do play Eve and all that I've that i've personally spoken to are very solid on this front. That said, this is a very big point for me personally and I'll be keen to see the VoteMatch comments on EVE integration.
Integration is entirely different from advancing the lore and background story.
At best having read most if not all of the candidacy threads, integration refers to linking the game through markets, orbitals, and of course transport.
I am concerned as to why there is not more support for the immersive storytelling and personal development assets EVE has present in its gameplay.

They should be fully a part of the universe. I speak about the mechanics, because most of the other parts of storytelling are done by players themselves. As long as you connect the two games well enough, stories including both... will be created by the players themselves.
You misunderstand me. I'm understand we control our own stories and I am not talking Role Play.
Merely about aiding establish setting and context for Factions, Locations, etc.
Knowledge that is not in Dust, knowledge that every EVE player knows, but few if any Dusters know.

If that is the case then I can feel somewhat more reassured.
