On my gallente heavy I managed to get 38 rep per second on 682 armor its like having a shield recharger that cant be interrupted thats op for real if i'm attacked all I need to do is run away and wait a few seconds and come back. Iv'e managed to take on groups with this ridiculous repair per second.
If I kill you in game, look for a confirmation that says "I Just Killed You"

Yes, but you're very vulnerable to alpha damage, and if you can't disengage you'll die incredibly easily.
I've not found this particular fitting (although I'm doing it as an ak.0) any good at fighting large groups; my more durable fittings tend to do better in 3 or more v 1.
I suspect the heavy-logi is still king, though this would be good for soloing, and is possibly removing the niche of the Caldari Heavy...

That's my favorite kind of heavy. The type I can kill before it can fire back.
In Heavy vs Heavy battles especially it's vulnerable.

I just picked a fight with a bricked STD GalSent with a std HMG; I was in an ak.0 with a boundless and a damage mod, and he still got me to about 150 before I killed him.
He just had too much HP for me to win comfortably; I think I'm going to settle for two reps one plate for my solo fit, and the reverse for squad play.

having 40hp/s is nothing, especially if you are getting shot by a fast firing gun. DPS will beat the repper |

You aren't matching a rep tool and you give up a lot of HP to get it. I think 1 is good for when you get isolated. I find them more useful on a commando fit because for me that is a long distance fit where I am almost always alone or separated from any logis. If I'm running a heavy suit there is usually someone around with a rep tool.
Because, that's why.

Even before alpha, I preferred having high reps on my heavy frames. I already have a fuckton of eHP to start with; I don't need to put more on it.
