primarily to the community but also something for CCP to look at as well if you are interested.
short and to the point, people think the assaults are lacking and scouts are "better" than assaults. IMO i think the assaults are fine but some of them could have better bonuses or advantages my offerings
Role: 5% reduction to light weapon pg/cpu and 5% increase to ROF
Assaults: amarr bonus: 5% reduction to over heat per lvl. to laser weapons. (this is fine as it is)
minmatar bonus: 5% increase to ammo capacity in magazine and clip size to projectile weapons. (this is fine as it is)
gallente: bonus: 5% to ammo capacity and 2% increase to dmg for plasma weapons
caldari bonus: 5% increase to ammo capacity and 2% increase to ROF for rail weapons.
the slot layouts for some of them are also needing adjusting but not all entirely.
amarr slots: std: 2/1 adv: 2/2 proto: 3/3
minmatar: slots std: 3/1 adv: 3/2 proto: 5/2
(i dont exactly remember gal since i dont use them that rarely) gallente (correct me if i'm wrong) slots std: 1/3 adv: 2/3 proto: 2/5
caldari slots std: 2/2 adv: 3/2 proto: 4/3
but some of them can be changed to be more racially accepted, lore wise and gaming wise. my offerings (swap the min and cal slot layouts.)
amarr slots - i think the amarr assault is fine std 2/1 adv 2/2 proto 3/3
minmatar (this has been needing a change for a while for lore and dual tanking purposes and wont make it so squichy as it is now.) slots std 2/2 adv 3/2 proto 4/3
gallente slots std 1/3 adv 2/3 proto 2/5
caldari slots std 3/1 adv 3/2 proto 5/2
this seems more reasonable and correct for the slot layouts of these suits.
the basic frames are literally pointless in this game since they don't provide any bonuses to anything. i was thinking we give them a small bonus or something so they arent worthless. something like a generalized bonus, so that the basic frames can be can be generalized and racial suits are specialized.
my offerings
basic medium frames bonus: 10% reduction to pg/cpu of all light weapons or 3% increase to ROF of all light weapons or 1.5% dmg increase to all weapons
basic light frames bonus: 3% reduction of pg/cpu to precision/damps./amps. or 5% reduction to pg/cpu of biotic mods. or 2% reduction to equipment pg/cpu
basic heavy frames bonuses: 1% dmg increase to heavy weapons or 3% reduction to heavy weapon pg/cpu

The only way I can study this is with a neat spreadsheet, I just told Kagehoshi the same thing. I am interested but this text format is just not user friendly to me. I appreciate the effort, and thanks.

Can we please leave the caldari reload speed bonus as is.? It's a very powerful bonus that allows for rapid kill chains. And supports rail weapon overall sustained DPS. The reality is, the rof bonus would be next to useless for a sniper rifle, as sniping is about accuracy, not dps, and a rof bonus would only benefit the other 3 weapons to a small extent. Also, increasing the rof of the rr it's not necessarily a good thing as it has a rather small magazine size and having it empty even faster does not allow time for aim adjustments in the middle of firing.
The reality is, the rof bonus is exceptionally powerful as it is and shouldn't be changed. |

Nah, the current Gallente assault bonus is better than the one you suggest, IMO.
Buffing RoF for all type of weapons would create chaos. That should be specific for certain weapons only. |

why does Amarr at proto have less slots than other proto assaults? Why can Gallante Armor tank better than Amarr (as in like stack plates and have more Armor and better repair)... Why are the slots base on a hybrid suit on Amarr Assault? |

The Amarr Assault suits have higher base stats that other suits have to make up through more module slots. |

If gallente & caldari recieve an additional bonus, the Min&Amarr should too (tipsy, forgive spelling). Minmatar bonus IS nice, but without any additional DPS extra bullets mean nothing when you have less EHP than anyone else. Unless you're against noobs you die so fast that you can't hardly ever finish a clip, so what good does extra bullets do? Give us a bonus to damage mods or SOMETHING, and DAMN sure don't take away our 5th high. It's hard ebough to tank HP as it is, don't make us throw on a plate to make up for our lost shield extender.
