Played several matches. Got killed by lots of things.
But I've yet to find myself frantically "re-sprinting" or frozen in place.
On the flip-side, attempts to "bullet weave" at high speed have proven unsuccessful.
Tested under AR, CR and HMG fire. All remain capable of placing shots on target.
TL;DR: Win-Win. Stunlock is gone, but it still unsafe to rush head-long into enemy fire.

They called it "bullet weaving" ...
Its why Scouts got nerfed into the ground for 10 months, and probably why Shotgun range is 5m instead of 10 or 15.

Seems to me you guys were already tight on PG/CPU (even maxed out).
I imagine having to run a Prototype Cloak doesn't help.
Rattati's a straight shooter; he'll get your sh*t fixed.
But he'll need to know specifically what you guys need.
Definitely check in when you find time; feedback from a Legend like you is Scripture.
