Why is it that the "best" players in this game are the ones that have the sh*ttiest internet? Why should I be at a disadvantage when I have the better internet? Why should I be punished for playing fair and staying on the region that I am F*CKING supposed to? If this netcode doesn't get fixed for legion (fixing it for dust would have been nice but we all know that won't happen) the same lagging f*cks are going to fill the leaderboards.
NFsounds were found on the America server when they are clearly an ASIAN corp. This should not be allowed, in fact it should be a bannable offense. This is one more mechanic that you, CCP have allowed to be abused

I'm an Asian checking in. Clearly I play with my American friends, I play on all servers because I have friends from all over the globe. Also there are more people on American servers no one likes to play 6v6..

I believe I saw his name in that match. The latency between the US and Asia is great enough to be outside the game's 'memory'. That is why when you fire at someone who shouldnt be in this server, the auto assist forces you to aim behind them.

I didnt say anyone was good. I'm saying that many of the 'top' players would probably time out searching for a suitable match in any other game. This game's netcode is so lenient that it allows people who are playing off of satellite internet

Harden Up Bro.
Oceanic servers in most games don't have the best support or amount of players in it. So yeah I (and I'm sure some other kiwis and aussies) play on the American servers where there are more players and fuller battles.
I think this is why most the world hates Americans.

Well, I was with you up until you made a generalized comment about Americans. I'm glad I get to play with people from all over the world, we've got a guy from Finland in the Corp and he's a blast to squad with. I've gotten to meet some great Brits, Aussies and Kiwis too, so please don't make generalized comments lumping people like myself in with the OP.

Thing is, most Americans in any game I've played with always assume I'm on the same time as them. Some even get fully pissed off at me (and others) who arn't in their timezone. And this happens more time than not.
I love playing with people from other countries, however there are so many ignorant people out there (mainly Americans by my experience) that it frustrates the hell out of me.

OP, if you want that unfair advantage just run your PS3 on wifi and move it as far away from your router as possible. Now you too can lag and disconnect just like all the others.

exactly my anime loving friend. yes there is lag when you play on a server far away. However, I was able to keep up and hold my own. I will not blame the server for someone owning me. If the lag gets too bad and you start to rubber band, then simply log out and find another server. To say Nyan San is a bunch of hacks is ridiculous at best. They have good players. PS. op, not all Asians are great at FPS. I have run into some pretty horrible ones on both Dust and BF4.
Me thinks, the op is looking for an excuse as to why he got owned by Nyan San or Cafe Speed Press. |

I have no issue with this being an international game, but due to the fact that this game's netcode is absolute SH*T it has been split up into regions instead of finding players based off of ping. Had the matches been setup with ping, the less populated servers would no longer have the issues of not enough players
