If you want heart wrenching excitement, do what i did when my PS3 fried. Pick up a copy of Skyrim(I know, I know) for PC, sign up for Nexus Mod Manager, get Falskaar, Wyrmstooth, Undeath, Moonpath to Elsewyr (really amazing mod, but that's probably because I have a hard on for desert and jungle terrain), Fight against the Thalmoor, and I've heard good things about Shadow of Meresis, but I haven't tried it yet.
Before anyone judges me, know that I already judge myself for knowing that many mods, though not all of them were off the top of my head.

You know that the naked mod is literally the 3rd most popular skyrim mod of all time right? Which says something about the gender demographic for skyrim....
Much like I don't watch anime to jerk off, I don't play Skyrim to check out the hot naked bods. I'll keep my copy of Valerica's.. I mean Victoria's Secret for that, thank you very much.
Besides, what's the point of making an adventure game into a dirty movie?

Ironically enough, I only got the mod fight against the Thalmoor from that one, also Moon and Star. I assume you're talking about the Brodual one?
