So protofits got updated based on Hotfix alpha stats and here is what I found.
I compared both the caldari scout and gallente scout with a basic shotgun fitting.

Basically, caldari wins this one since it's all equipped as a basic shotgun suit. Gallente lacks CPU
Now let's compare with 2 precision vs 2 complies damps ( with complex ferroscale plates)

http://www.protofits.com/fittings/view/0/4752 (Gallenet scout)
Basically, Caldari wins with more equipped capability and plus more HP.
So overall, Caladri reigns supreme king of scouts. I have no regard in looking into Proto Caladri scouts at this point now. Also people who use them in pub matches it's their decision if they want to hurt this game or not.

You need to make an account, sign in, then "share" the fit to make it public. And as has been said, this is the wrong subforum.

Replace an extender with a precision enhancer for the Gal scout. If we're playing the EWAR game, you may as well attack as well as defend.
Now the Cal scout will be visible to the Gal scout while the Gal scout is invisible. It may have less hp but when your invisible to everything all you have to do is be sneaky. Now all the Cal has to do is use two dampeners and it can be unscanable to the Gal scout.
So it's pretty much a stalemate where neither can scan each other, just as it is now except that the Gal scout can't tank as much I think, which is the goal.

I don't know what you did but when I put 2 complex precision enhancers on a caldari the gallente only needed 2 advanced dampeners in order to get under it... I think you may need to check again

That is true, but the gallente needs more CPU to even fit 2 enhanced dampeners. The only solution is to sacrifice a shield extender for a precision enhancer which means less hp for gallente if we were comparing to the Caladri scout.

Why is an ARMOR suit using a shield extender? Btw dmg mods are still useful for high alpha(SG) and high ROF(ACR) weapons

I was just comparing the scouts with equal number of shield and armor to show which scouts lacks what. You can definitely use a high slot for Dmg mods. A gallente scout isn't strictly armor, and that shield is more a desirable option since the stacking penalties
for amor plates.

They did mention sp will be given back to you when they first mentioned Hotfix alpha in the forums. Maybe this is possible.

The thing is that they are not the same so there is no true comparison. They are different. You fit based on your strengths not on what the other race can fit. In both cases the gal beats the cal's scan which it's the way it should be. 2 slots to beat 2 slots. Try fitting a minja or amarr. It's horrible. |
