Judging by the corp history, it's most certainly 8213. But he's not HvLP anymore. He's ERA now.
If your really trying to rep your HP back, you need to get a Matari Logistics frame with a Core Focused Tool. it touts 151.25 HP/s with Operation V, and is waaay better than lolMarr Logistics.

Mmm yes because lolK/D is so important when you have derps like duna2002 around.
I mean after all, it's the guy with the best K/D who tops the board right and earns OBs to clear out enemies right? Not to mention the fact your K/D helps keep your heavies alive.

What context is this in and yes I do actually have a PRO minlogi with a core focused.
By "hacking your HP" do you mean repping your HAV with a Repair Tool?
