all i know is this is the last straw. every skill point i spend is going to be on squeezing the last bit of fun I can out of Dust.
if this is true, I can't believe they're doing things to us like nerfing armor plate PG/CPU. That's ******* ridiculous. I have to save SP for fitting optimization when the GAME GETS TAKEN OFF PSN IN 6 MONTHS? **** that.

Server BANDWITH is important as a too small or REDUCED bandwith results in lag.
I.e. if an online game needs to transfer 20 gigabytes up and down for a online population of 10, 000?
A cost cutting measure is REDUCED server bandwith.
Reduced server bandwith to i.e. 1 gigabytes both up and down is a much small amount of data being sent and thus a reduced data charge but you get LAAAG since now i.e. you only have bandwith for 500 to 1000 players instead of 10, 000.

....As a reasonable person, while I would normally say, "no way that just has to be a flat out rumor and untruee." CCp has done things that just amaze me in how...aweful they are, such as when they announced no more client side upgrades or whatever it was at fanfest. Sony also does have some rights to the game, they aren't stuipid, they know when a game is dying and how to get the money out of it before it goes. Sony was also seen meeting with a represnative of CCP, information about the meeting was not disclosed. CCP also ditched World Of Darkness quite recently.
So while I may not say it is the end, I would be hesistant to spend any more money on Dust, until information is confirmed about Legion and what can transfer over. I'm also in the process for looking for different games to play to replace Dust/Legion should it be a failure. |

I don't doubt I could make some particularly bad 3D models that are poor attempts at creating something cool...but I don't really have a great talent for modelling. Absolutely everyone would be completely cool with you just doing whatever, even if it looks like it's from an N64 game.
Until actual release, that is. Then we'll get all the cries of OP or UP even if the stats are identical to an existing weapon.

Read the interview with the newest executive producer for dust. He claims that there is no piece of paper locking him to anything under any condition. Or even to continue supporting dust it would appear.
This is most likely similar to when ccp wrote off ~$20M from the dead vampire game and assumed it was dust being knifed. Although we definitely got the knife between the ribs and several other places it is just a rumor at this date.
Play the game. Or not. 
Just don't expect things to get much better than they are now.
