In regards to AUR items such as the 'Kindred', 'Neo', and other suits as well as AUR BPOs and our SP, I would say let us keep those.
For AUR BPOs, since they will be made completely redundant with Legion's all-suits-are-now-bpos system, I would expect the AUR BPOs to be at least cosmetic items that can be applied to any suit you wear within its class. For example, if I have a 'Skinweave' BPO or a 'Templar' BPO suit, then the color schemes of those suits should be able to be applied to any suit we choose within the class and can only remain applicable as long as we possess the specific AUR BPO in our possession. If we sell off the AUR BPOs to someone else, then we lose that ability while someone else gets that ability. Fair enough for me.
In regards to keeping ISK from Dust, I'm going to have to say that from an economic point of view, it will be a terrible idea to transfer all of it WITHOUT first actively removing the ISK farmed via the exploitation of district locking. This is less to do with protecting Legion's market and more to do with protecting Eve Online's market. For example, if I'm a player that actually earned the ISK from PC by actively fighting and finishing a PC battle as I should, then I should keep that ISK. But if I'm a player who exploited the district locking mechanic to farm ISK without having to worry about being attacked, then I shouldn't be allowed to keep all that ISK. I should lose a huge chunk of that ISK upon transfer.
To prevent PC-ISK farmers from circumventing the ISK removal by turning all that ISK into assets, only a fraction of those NON-AUR items should be transferred over.
I don't care if I pissed any of you off with my suggestion here. If you farmed massive amounts of ISK via PC district locking, then you are not worthy of keeping that ISK. Period. And don't try to convince me to change my mind on the matter. Cheating is cheating and I will not condone it. Constant district locking WAS NOT what CCP intended for you to do with the district. They expected us to fight over all of Molden Heath back in Dust, not lock Molden Heath completely from the outside world.
