Specifically for the Minmatar Assault dropsuit. The Minmatar assault is supposed to be a hit-and-run suit with no staying power. Right now it has the "no staying power" part down perfectly. Unfortunately it's hit-and-run capabilities are all run and no hit as of right now.
I would like for CCP to consider giving the Minmatar Assault a bonus to Damage Mod efficacy since it's suit is pretty much built for this (5 high slots and 2 low slots). I was thinking something along the lines of a 10-20% bonus per level to module efficacy. The reason I suggest such a high bonus is because the damage mod as it is already under performs dramatically. If the 20% bonus is put into effect, they will recieve a 100% bonus at max level, meaning that a damage mod on a Minmatar Assault would be just as effective as the damage mods used to be before they were nerfed, which would give the Minmatar Assault the "hit" they need to be good at "hit-and-run" gameplay.

The Assault class needs a buff , but the Minmatar Assault isn't any worse than the rest. Why do you say this? Amarr/Caldari- HP tanks. Gallente-rep tank. Minmatar-??? It could be a speed tank, but speed tanking is broken so that's worthless. It could be a shield rep tank, but it's rep bonuses are worse than the Caldari who have HP on their side. They could scan tank, but that would make them under-performing CalScouts with less EHP and less strafe speed. They could Damage tank, but damage mods.... are.... broken... oh wait.
I'm fully aware that the Minmatar Assault isn't supposed to be brick tanked, but if there is some mystical fitting that makes it viable, I would greatly appreciate someone sharing. And this isn't supposed to make the Matari Assault better than the other assault suits, it's the buff I would prefer when all assault suits get buffed.
