i have 32 million skillpoints and I for fact can tell you that the minmitar scout was not meant of ewar.

Simply put, you can be amazing with a minmitar scout but you will always get r8ped by a good caldari or gallante scout. Also, running around with 200 ehp is the stupidest idea especailly when you are running a 150k isk suit.

There's a soft cap on max speed DUST 514 can handle that is about 11.00m/s The Gallente Scout with 4 Complex Kinetic Catalyzers runs at 11.11m/s and the Minmatar Scout with 3 Complex Kinetic Catalyzer runs at 11.12m/s Speed is also fairly useless as long as stun-lock exists. Removing that alone will buff the Minmatar Scout. The other thing it needs is like a 3-4 PG increase. At max stats it becomes an extra 5-6 PG which would make fitting so much easier. In 1v1 fights the ability to out strafe aim-assist and make your opponent overcompensate is a huge factor that make the suit great for slaying, actually. Because hit-detection is so very bad without aim assist nearly everyone uses it, but even without it you still try to get them to miss their shots by being unpredictable. (1) it's pretty much all that will fit in my high slots if I carry proto uplinks and (2) most people only use 1 complex dampener and a proto cloak on Cal/Min/Amarr scouts (or no damps and a cloak on Gal scouts) so you can pick them up on scans while they're cloaked. It's always hilarious to watch a cloaked player with the giant chevron over his head wonder how the hell you saw him. Scout mk.0 High slots: 3x Precision Enhancers Light Weapon: Boundless Combat Rifle Sidearm: Ishukone Nova Knives Grenade: Flux Grenade Equipment: Remote Explosives, ARN-18 Cloak Field Low Slots: 2x Complex Profile Dampeners, Complex Kinetic Catalyzer Yeah... that is good for inside cities or surface installations. It's a very personal play-style. May not be your cup of tea but I love it.
