Anyway, I prefer a C-1 Scout with a Cplx Precision, Enh Damp, SG or CR, cloak and needle, then fill in with shield extenders (I think just 1 Cplx).
16k, invisible to most, can see a majority of cloaked scouts. EWAR ftw.

Depends on field conditions, but here is one of my favs:
C-1 w/ RR/breach SMG
Complex prec enh x2
Enhanced dmg mod
Complex dampener
Cloak
RE
Nades
Typically run this after links are down, supply depot hacked & ready to flank & gank. If I'm running with a squad I'll switch out the dampener for a range amp to better assist. Otherwise, the precision is purely to keep myself safe.
Post-hotfix, think i will loose the cloak in favor of hives, scanner or rep. If I can't hide then will support those who hunt me. Not that cloaks don't need an adjustment, but losing the damp bonus without reduction in shimmer was a little heavy handed IMO.
Ask really nice & i might tell you my cheap AV fit.

I like stealth AND speed or Stealth and Brick:
Proto Min Scout
2x Complex Shields, 1x enhanced damage mod, 1 complex kinkat, 2x complex dampeners
EQ: Compact hive, cloak
Proto Min Scout
2 complex shields, 1x enhanced damage mod, 1 enhanced armor plate, 2x complex dampeners
eq: compact hive, cloak
my glass cannon is:
Proto Min scout
2x enhanced damage mods, 1x complex shields, 1x complex kinkat, 2x complex dampeners
eq: RE's, cloak
Then My assault escort is (used to escort heavies when no logi is available):
3x complex shields, 2 enhanced armor plates, 1x complex reactive plate
EQ: Compact nanohives, proto Injector
PSN is "Ekopalm"
I play D3, Child of Light, and solo games
Also, Proto Trolling until I'm broke...
