I've heard Rei mad before. I was playing a skirm with her and Rex back in the Prof.V days. It didn't really sound too hot, but it didn't sound scary, probably because it wasn't directed at me.

I don't think that's really a qualification for grandmaster FC of the universe though, assuming that's a thing.
Back in my PX1 days, it was a running joke that me and another guy found her voice so hot, that I would on certain times avoid with all my might whispering creepy crap like "oh god", "don't stop", "keep going". It got really bad, slightly ashamed of it now, just a smidge though.
