General Discussion: Does anyone else actually use their logi's specialisation to this extreme?

hell yeah, i'm maxed min and gal logi and use them for max proto reps or max proto scans accordingly. |

I run my Amarr Logi every match and have even worked out multiple fittings that work for keeping me fighting while still providing a fast spawn time if it is needed.
I have been running uplinks since like 1.5 and have managed to memorize most every spot that is good for them.
Laser focused in a room full of mirrors. Everything you ever wanted coming SoonGäó just keep buying boosters.

yeeey i have my min.logi at 4 atm with a core focused or a six kin triage, or even the LP version that has 5M more range and like 2 more triage to suits. ima have my MK.0 by the end of this week :)

Situationally, the amarr logi is probably the most powerful logi in the game. The minmatar logi is incredibly powerful too. I feel like the caldari logi might be a bit weak though because of how easily nano-hives are destroyed when not spammed(and how bad they are until you get to proto hives) and their low equipment slot count at entry level.

Interesting. I see the minmitar logi used more though for the rep bonus. True, I don't see a lot of cal logis around. However, when you catch one with triage hives the rep rate it pretty intense... it can be hard to get close to destroy the hives.

I still see a lot of "Slayer Logis" out there. Its quite hilarious actually. Its almost as hilarious as seeing people still trying to run Assault suits.
I gave up being a logi after the equipment nerf. I miss it occasionally, but I was always a much better slayer than logi anyways. I do have to say I love those Cal Logis that lay down them delicious nanohives, those Gal Logis that haven't given up on all seeing eye proto scans and those Amarr Logis with their enlightening 3 second uplinks.
Stick with it proper logis. Your day has finally come. |

I run a PRO Gal Logi
Pro Scan, Needle, Rep, Hive
I Can scan near anything for, like, a minute + revive, heal and restock you. All from one suit.
Not a bad slayer either and will become slightly better tank with the reps being unnerfed a bit. |

When I get the chance, my Min Logi is decked out with the Boundless Rep and a bunch of other nonsense. (My Proto suit sits at like 400ehp, so, no one better dare call me a slayer Logi)
However, I've been stuck in my ADS for quite some time due to PC and general Scoutiness.
I think I'm over Dust now...

Unfortunately the three advanced logis I do have are either support or AV. Maybe when I advance out the equipment I can try to shoe horn both roles.

I dont notice any difference personally, aside from the reduced Rep Tool range.

I ran Amarr logi for the sidearm
Switched back to the OG logi suit winmatar in 1.8.
