Today I decided to scrape the rust of my Duvolle Assault Rifle with proficiency 4, my immediate thoughts when shooting is when aim down sights it is amazingly accurate. Hipfire on the other hand does make the bullets spread sparatically, I believe it's main disadvantages are ammo (clip and magazine) and one that I really noticed is the reload speed which seemed weird since I have been running RR, SMG and CR lately. My last thought on is the bullet speed when for example shooting scouts is low meaning I have to slightly aim ahead but I believe this is due to the rate of fire.

I noticed the same thing, the assault rifle is really effective when using my speed tanked assault mk.0, handles good even better than the combat rifle in certain situations. Also the Duvolle does surprisingly good damage to heavys compared to the Boundless CR...

the assault rifle on the gallente assault suit. is pure win. its haim down sights is good (could be better. ar is in need of serious buffeing.) its hip fire is amazingly accurate.
especially with breach varients
now when you want to absolutely **** off some one. throw on either a krins or a balac and proceed to have fun.......just watch out for lol comabat rifles/ rail rifles and scrambler rifles. they still have better hip-fire accuracy than you apparently.

It's fun how you have to watch out for ALL other rifles even inside the Plasma Rifle optimal range (where its supposed to be the best)  |

What are they doing? Trying to make them rethink the buff? The AR is useless right now unless at proto lvl which is still not cost efficient for running in the pubs?! What about the GK-13 burst AR, GLU-5 Tactical AR, and the GB-9 Breach AR? All lacking in either dmg or rate of fire?!
The Breach hits hard, but your gunned down before you can finish a 3rd of the clip if they have a CR. IT is severely out performed by the basic rail as it hits harder and from farther away than the breach of any lvl. It's lacking in range, and the amount of high slots on the G-1 and G-1 series is too few for what is needed in the dmg mod department.
The GK-13 is basically the prototype to the RS-90..... minmatar just got it right lol! Not enough everything here?! Maybe if it put out 5 rounds instead of 3 idk just spitballing here?! It is by far one of the most unused rifles in it's class?!
The Glu-5 and other tactical variants simply are not fight finishers?! They lack the dmg and mag capacity to start and finish a fight. Another dmg mod special that sucks up high slots, and doesn't put out the performance?! It's more of a velocer raptor for finishing damaged last leggers limping away?!
Overall I am thankful for my gallente low slots because our weapons are useless right now?! Ion pistol was an epic fail of monumental preportion, and so is the plc?! AR got nerfed to the storage room in my merc quarters?! Those skill points are just sitting there?! Regardless of how I try to use them I just can not assault anything with them?! I would say the shotgun and nova knives are our only claims to fame as scouts everywhere are having a field day with them lol!

I can't wait till the ion pistol buff. In my opinion they need to make it like a CQC mini scrambler rifle/pistol using characteristics from both. |

I have been using all of the alternate rifles for a long time, and I thought to my self "What is a gun that I haven't used in a long time?" Laser rifle NO! Normal Assault Rifle why not. when I used it on a M logi I ended up getting a 7 kill streak (then I ran out of ammo and died, but this is good for me) and it was a basic gun! for me that was great. I guess that if you take a brake from a gun for a while you miss it and get better a it.
I know it is kind of off topic.
It's nothing personal I just want to kill you to get payed. I am a merc

I got 5 kills with a plasma pistol once! I mounted it on my Lolfit basic gallente suit, it's armed with a plasma cannon and the plasma pistol! every kill i get makes me feel awesome  |
