How does this logic effect cloaks?
Now,different bonuses can be given to each racial scout to boost an aspect of the cloak.
Min:Reduction to cloak refill time (hit and run,can go invisible most often)
Gal:Increased dampening (the hiding scout)
Cal:Increased fitting reduction in addition to the current reduction (the efficient scout)
Amarr:Increased cloak length (the point to point "light assault" scout)
All together these bonuses would be OP,but if they were added in they could potentially make the individual aspect they boost/reduce greater than it is currently. ( see:BDR-8 rep tool on a Min logi)
Like the idea but I would move the bonuses around a little.
Min: Reduction to cloak refill time instead of nova knife dmg
Gal: increase to cloak dampening instead of profile dampening bonus
Cal: increase to cloak length instead of scan range bonus
Amarr: Increase fitting reduction in addition to the current reduction (they can keep their current bonuses or scrap it for a new one)
Logic
Min: are the hit and run speed hackers so they need to cloak more to simply slip by the opponents. I believe the nova knife dmg bonus of 25% should added to the the nova knife skill as there is little use in using them without it.
Amarr: as the "light assault unit" I think it would benefit them the most to have the extra fitting space to carry better modules/weapons as the cloak is more of an extra benefit for them(This goes with my belief that Amarr suit should play like they are one suit heavier then they are(amarr scout plays like another races assault suit)
Gal and Cal: By giving the Gal scout a bonus to cloak dampening instead of a straight bonus you enable them to have wave of time when the cal scout is unable to find them, instead of being undetectable. The Cal scout bonus to precision needs to come down enough that if a Cal scout and Gal scout have the same amount of modules(cal precision and Gal dampening) Then the Cal scout can find a Gal until he activate his cloak. A Cal scout should also be able to hunt down the other scouts by using 1 less module of equal tier then min or amarr. By letting the Cal scout have a longer duration the scout more time to collect Intel while near the battle.
