If I had a billion ISK, I would launch "Monkeys and Bananas" corp and do PC. Everyone will say that "Monkeys and Bananas" was the best corp in the history of the universe instead of Nyain ****. Plus I would be the monkey lord of New Eden. Every monkey will bow down to me and my monkey wife (Kate Upton). We will then switch over to your universe by monkey-made-portals and turn into apes to destroy New York City. Our Pink Unicorn Calvary will then take over all of the universes. So one day if I had 1 Billion ISK, there would be monkeys/apes and pink unicorns ruling all of the universes .

If I had a billion ISK, I would stage an acidental ddos attack by using a corporation which gives all applicants accountant access to the corp wallet, then announcing an exact time to the minute at which I will deposit the funds, then keeping to my word on that promise.
Then after some lucky merc gets the ISK I look back on the wallet transaction ledger to see how many withdraw attempts were made.

I know CCP releases market data, i've been thinking on one day there shall just randomly be standard plasma cannons as the most purchased weapon, one of these days i'll be bored enough to do it.
