REs continue to rain hell.
Im fine with them being one hit kills but I the blast radius should be dropped from to 3.5 or 4. Even when you watch it being thrown at you and you jump backwards there is still time for them to detonate insta killing you. Yet grenades you have to cook for X amount of time and with the nerf they will not even take out a starter fit.

Don't nerf my RE's... How else am i supposed to get those dang heavies off my back? Oh and if you see the RE being thrown and you still have no time to move then.... They are also pretty easy to spot. |

As long as I can still use my jihad jeep, I wouldn't be opposed to reducing the blast radius. After all jihad jeeps are the only things that can stop an all out tank stomp.

RE's aren't anywhere near effective as grenades on open maps, nades on the other hand are effective everywhere + they can be cooked to explode on contact can be thrown farther and more accurately. RE's are really good in cities but no where near as effective and all purpose as nades and don't really need a tweak.

CCP is continuing to fail at balancing standard against proto. Proto is supposed to have only marginal benefits with high costs.
There is NOTHING marginal about going from 250 damage to 650 damage. The rich players that can spam proto are only going to benefit, as they can afford proto while everyone else has to deal with inferior equipment because of ISK.
Either standard needs to be almost as effective as proto or proto needs a severe price cut to make it much more accessible to everyone, because right now proto is only in the hands of the rich.

Vehicules can withstand salvos after salvos composed of 6 f****** anti-vehicular rockets... So a silly little grenade shouldn't be able to seriously harm an infantry, right?

It's not balanced if you can pay the ISK to gain the large benefits offered by proto (suits mostly, but now grenades as well).

You say that as if matches are wall to wall with prototypes. Novice players gets stomped by your corp even when your guys come out in ADV gear
Is that advanced stomping?
To beat prototypes, to beat anything in this game, involves some brains and teamwork. Two things that escapes most when they play this game. Then they come here to the forums and cry about protostomping. But I bet you, they didn't concentrate fire on the proto with other blues. They didn't cover somebody's six. No, they just want to be the lone star hero with a high KDR at the top of the leaderboards.

Theres an easy fix for re's make them a plantable equipment should of been done long ago the ability to throw tgem makes a militia scout with basic re's a killchamp but it will never happen my best advise to you is to plant them yourself

I am a MASTER of Re's. Got a logi that has 16.....
The BEST way to FIX them is make them have a longer time to become active (additional 5 seconds seems fair). This will have no effect on lav vs tank.
I NORMALY only pull them out when my team is being massed murdered with Re's. They seem to get the point after I kill 30 of them.
It only takes about 2-3 seconds to detonate now. |

I could get behind this as well. That may be a better solution than a blast radius change.

Thanks for your personal opinion just a question, how would this do anything at all? The only differance would be you might not get the one guy that might have been paying attention enough to see it drop
