In summary:
-Cloak Lengths are reduced
-Fitting costs for Armor plates are adjusted to make people fit higher tier a little bit more
-Cloaks will, practically, offer no dampening. Adv will give 2.5% and Proto will give 5% dampening bonus
-AV Nades will do a bit more damage but will cost more nanites from hives.
-Plasma cannon is getting a damage buff
-CR is getting a 2% decrease in damage across all weapons
-AR is getting a 2% increase in damage across all weapons
-Armor Rep Modules will be getting a buff.
-Reactive plates will have a reduced fitting cost
-Ferroscale plates will have a reduced fitting cost
-There will be an increase in Sprint Speed deficit when equiping STD and ADV Armor Plates
-They are testing the following:
1) Delay time of 1s when decloaking before being able to commit any other action
2) Some things oriented with vehicles
I can't find the spreadsheet right now. Was looking at it yesterday. Some stuff might be missing from this.
