I get the first bit but the second part has me stumped. why is the duvolle coming back a bad thing for scouts? i have mine prof 3 I'd welcome it back...

I think you'll still see plenty of Gal tank scouts, definitely less but they aren't going away.
Why would scouts fear the AR? Sure it got a small buff but it's still no CR (even after the small Nerf.) |

I think I almost died laughing when I saw that 2% damage change to plasma rifles and combat rifles.
2% is almost nothing. It's just enough for them to say "You can't say we aren't looking at them." 2% is a joke. Combat rifles will still remain OP. They will still melt me in the blink of an eye. I'd argue that not even a 15% damage nerf will be enough to make the changes felt.

I'll still be running heavily armour tanked Gallente&Amarr scouts. And I'll continue to do it until assaults are buffed. Even then, I'll still do it.
And to top it off, I can't wait to have a buffed plasma rifle on my armour tanked dragonfly scout.
