Alright, so let me get this straight.
Gallente are going to finally start using Ferroscale plates, which means a MUCH lower HP ceiling, while the normal armor plates fit Amarr like a glove (Base speed means that speed penalties don't affect you as much).
In fact, you can brick much better than before!
You can use three plates and one repairer and that will be a ferocious suit.
Couple that with the slot increase to the Amarr Assault and arguably the best bonus, and the Amarr Assault looks better than ever.
And you're complaining?

And you're complaining? ScR isn't a really good weapon. When facing a heavy you are dead because even with my proto Assault and damage mods and Pro 4, I overheat trying to kill a armor tanked Militia heavy with prototype Viziam. ScR needs love, ScP needs Rof Buff.
SCR is a hair short of being overpowered.
It's an excellent weapon, it's only downfall is that it's weak against armor bricking.
And oh look at that, it's being fixed.

And you're complaining? My current PROTO Ak.0 runs 6.3 m/s sprint 4.8 walk and that's with with two complex plates, what is next?? 5.9 m/s? I also got a minmitar heavy running 7.7 m/s. What's the problem? Minmitar heavy has more EHP than me, runs faster than me,walks faster than me, recharges stamina faster than me and carries the the lowest TTK weapon in the game. Hmmmm...
This is true for everything.
The MLT Minnie Sentinel is pretty much better than my PRO Gallente Assault in every way possible.

They're adjusting the Scrambler Rifle? Link?
Nah, they're fixing armor bricking.
You can still brick, but it will be a lot less appealing.
