Starting Pot
It's a static sum lottery of 20 Million ISK. Simple? Not quite.
The ISK accumulated from all tickets purchased are returned to the corporate wallet of Xer Cloud Consortium at the end of this lottery. This transfer is not handled by me, but Brush Master who runs Dust Lottery.com. As stated many times before, all members of Xer are given director roles which means access to the corp wallet. When the ISK from purchased tickets is deposited by BM, the fastest corp member to access this wallet wins the sub pot. However, in order to pull off this theft you must be a member of Xer. If I am not immediately available to authorize you to the corporation, please contact anyone of the current members. Again, all members are directors and have the ability to authorize your roles.
If you like this method of running lotteries and sub pots, please join Xer Cloud Consortium or start up a similar process in another corporation.
TL:DR
1 person wins 20 million ISK and someone wins whatever is paid for lottery tickets from corp wallet, or a crafty player wins both.

Interesting how this system sort of solves a flaw in Brush Master's lottery system. Before, people could buy out the results of a lottery by flooding the kitty and taking the whole pot for themselves. While you can still buy the lottery with a lot of tickets, those purchase can now be scooped up from the corporate wallet. It kind of equalizes the playing field.
I just worry that you might run into issues from CCP for staging a mini-DDOS attack by swamping the server when players try to withdraw all at once from the wallet. |

I'm not particularly worried about swamping the system. It's kind of unlikely that players are all going to withdraw at the same time. In my experience working with Brush Master's system, he has been consistent with getting payouts back to the corp wallet quickly, but there is usually not a set time he does it on.

I see a deposit of ISK was made. I wonder who's alt or main this is in Xer Cloud Consortium?
Remember 90% of what goes into ticket purchases goes back to the corp wallet to be grabed. The remained is used by Brush Master for site maintenance fee.

To reiterate, you do not have to join xer cloud consortium in order to win the 20 million posted. However, any tickets you purchase will be sent to the open corporate wallet at the end of the contest.
