Got the thing because I thought I could use the coloration of the suit to avoid getting spotted because, well, it was brown, and so was everything else.

I believe the type2 scout had the same slot layout as the proto minny now but all chrome scouts were gallente

If the crutch is removed then good, really I think it's just being balanced but people don't want that, they want to abuse whatever's OP and hope the person on the other team isn't using it too! Give the light frames some love Militia minmatar light frame CRG 3 shotgun 2x complex kinectic catalysers 10.38m/s sprint speed 13,000 ISK The caldari light frame is more expensive at 25K ISK but with 2x complex and 1x enhanced shield extender you can get 334hp shield I think. The gallente militia light frame is a beast, I have a few setups with that one, the one with 311armour is very fast, the one with 404 armour can still jump over railings and the one with 533 armour is a bit pointless. Gallente militia light frame K5 specialist light frame use a mixture of ferroscale and standard plates to your liking 18-20K ISK depending on how much armour you have. ditch the proto cloaks and GET GOOD. MLT Damage mod, 3 MLT Armor Plates, LW, SA, nade, Hive The Cloak was a win button for terrible players. It gave bad players with bad habits a chance at beating skilled players on a bad day. I can't tell you how many times some Adv Gal scout got past my 2 complex precision enhancers on my min scout. Now, no freebies. Gal's have to put the dampener on and they can't rely on a proto cloak to stay out of people tacnet. 35% is not enough to keep off people's tacnet anymore. It will have to be the full 60% to have a chance against everyone but Cal Scouts. Cal Scouts have to fit 2 complex dampeners to stay off the tacnet of any other scout with one complex precision enhancer. I really like this. All of that being said, I rely on my cloak to get past cal scouts guarding tanks from my RE's. I now have been nerfed in AV and have to figure something out. But these changes actually buff assaults a bit. Because of this "nerf", Assaults will have a better role on the field. In addition, the real thing that needed to happen was taking away one equipment slot in addition to everything else. PSN is "Ekopalm" I play D3, Child of Light, and solo games Also, Proto Trolling until I'm broke...

CLONE117 True Pros Forever 800	Posted - 2014.05.23 21:16:00 - [8] - Quote ive been running my mlt gal light frame with a bk 42 lately. 87 shield 349 armor. 2 mlt plates and mlt kin cat with mlt light dmg mod. no eq couldnt fit one as pg/cpu is basically maxed out. who also have an smg on it as will. id switch between mlt shotgun and bk42 on the fit though. its weaker than my mlt starter fits which have 356 armor and 150 shields. but a little faster. and the acr has been some what usefull to me. though it clearly has its limitations. almost every other light frame ive come across/killed. has been using a cloak. it almost seems like this. cloaked scout: hah im cloaked! im invisible and cant be seen now!. any1 whos smart:. uhhh i can see u right there u know.(fires gun killing cloaked scout). dust 514 shall be eternal. pve for dust 514. oh look. FF somehow made dust better!.

With the removal of the cloak dampining every suit but the gal scout can be scanned easier again. This means more gal logis with multiple scanners will be used, " you have been scanned" will be burned into all of our tvs again and this suit you use will become much less effective. Gun control is not about guns...it's about control. The only way to ensure freedom is by having the means to defend it.
