Make it 3/4/5 or 3/4/6.
It's a simple fix that will go a long way.

And yes, the Gal moves as fast a snail and can take a direct hit from a rail gun. I've done it, shot a Proto Gal heavy with Rail and he survived with little hp left, it was amazing. I've also tanked orbitals.

Peculiar how common the Gal Sentinel is in PC. How do you explain this phenomena? It's because being fully tanked as a heavy and sitting on a point isn't a bad thing.

Complex plates are rarely used anyway, don't increase their speed penalty. I can agree, nearly no one uses complex plates anyway.
I run a single complex plate, a rep and a range amp for my GalAssault. 411 armour, 8.25 reps a second and around 22 meter scan radius. I think my db is around 36, not a bad suit...
