A CR kills more effective than a blaster tank , you can pick up a CR and have zero investment and go twenty and zero if your not just trying to use the range and it has range up the ying yang as well ... but in a blaster you can get destroyed by a rail gun , a scout with RE's , forge's , missile tanks , OB's and players that your shooting most of the time if their heady , can get away and find cover if there's some to be found . A CR is a better weapon than a blaster tank save the fact that it's not effective against vehicles . A Shot Gun can one shot someone but a blaster can not and three shot a heavy ... another thing that a blaster turret just can not do unless your extremely good which most just can not claim , hence the use of rails on most tanks . For every CR user going 23-1 there are 4 or 5 going 1-10. Can you say rhe same for tanks? Because, that's why.

Please never speak up for tankers ever again; we have enough morons already. For the record, blasters are stupid and they have been since 1.7 started. Most vehicle operators find jihad jeeps to be emergent gameplay and are only 'mad' when it can be done for free (with BPO lav's, and MLT suits). Most get annoyed when rammed by militia dropships or shot down to double damage modded rails simply because they do not like losing 500k+ to something that they cannot see coming and has no counter aside from 'don't get hit in the first place'. Imagine for a second you're merely walking from point A to point B, and every time you stop along the way to kill an enemy player that is shooting at your allies you are shot by 4 enemy thales users with sniper rifles. My role is not to ** around the just shoot things my job is to go where Aero tells me to, from a complimentary angle to our main assault force, deploy my two gunners to attack from that angle, cover my troops, and break the lines up.
