Yes. All explosives except for Missiles, AV grenades, and Swarm Launchers as far as I know.

Correct. Missiles (Swarms and Turrets) are Caldari Tech (though Minmatar Commandos bonus Swarms), AV Grenades as well (no bonus there).

Remote explosives are produced by ORE (outer ring excavation) a corperation which is specialised on mining. So in reality you are using a mining tool. |
