I was on protofits.com, and i saw a Balac's Modified Assault Ck.0. It had 2 equipment, and 4 highs and 4 lows. The short description said "A rare dropsuit salvaged from the battlefield", almost the same as Officer weapons. Can you actually salvage these? I started back in closed beta. then took a long break and came back in 1.6. I don't think I've ever seen these before.
Pilot. Heavy. Scout. Assault. You name it I got it.

It was given out as a prize to the winners of the first dust tournament. The Imperfects have them, they are indeed real. Someone was selling them for 100 million a while back.

they're real. now I started at the beginning of open beta, but what I heard is that you could only get them if you were in some event that happened in closed beta. not even as salvage. I'm pretty sure only like 10 people even own one, most of which don't even play the game anymore.
I know for a fact that you can't salvage them anymore though.

Yes they exist and they cant be salvaged. Same like with the Balacs sniper rifle which holds 7 shots. |

There was also a Balacs SMG, killed Alldin while he was using one.
Real AV doesn't stop until all the tanks are dead.

the one that nobody has.
The dropsuit with 200HP maximum damage resist and maximum slots.

I'm better off skilling into Logi than the Balac's, CCP still can't figure out how to make Logis strictly a support suit.

Annoyingly, the Balec doesn't even have a custom skin; it's exactly the same as an advanced Caldari Assault suit. I'd love to show off mine in the warbarge because they're way too valuable to be wasted in battles. I hope the suits can be transferred over to Legion in some form... |

10? I'd say at least 40 if not 50+ people had the Balacs dropsuits - pretty much everyone who was in SI or IMPs (IMPs received 50 SI 25)
Probably less than 10 of these people are still playing though. |
