PS4 - 7 million + (pretty solid numbers, credit where it's due)
XBox one - 3 million + (as of january, MS are being quiet about their more recent numbers)
Gaming PCs - Impossible to know. Most people build custom rigs if they want to do serious gaming, plus many "normal" PCs can play games just fine, albeit at lower settings. Definitely more than way more 100,000 though, and then there's the whole upgrading a PC vs replacing a console thing.

There are all kinds of numbers and best selling PC games to look at. NONE of the lists have Eve online listed. The game JUST reached 500,000+ subscribers feb2013. Best selling PC game of all time? (Sims 2) 20million copies. We can assume 20million people liked to play sims 2 on their PC. That says a LOT about the PC community. Minecraft 15million sold, WOW 14mill, battfield 11mill, simcity 2000 5mill. We can assume there are atleast 20,000,000 pc gamers . NOW, according to SONY, OVER 70,000,000 Ps3's have been sold since release. Conisder HALF of those 'replacements' and you have an estimate of the PS3 player base. You should read the OP again.
