I'm not sure if this has been addressed or not but will Corporations be transferred over to legion?
I know that we can have pilots EVE side and stuff, but what about corps that have only us Dusters? Will these be left behind or will they be transferred over to legion?
Will all the corp ISK be transferred too?
If all Corp ISK is transferred over, what would stop people from pouring in millions of ISKs into their current corp and then withdrawing it all once Legion comes out?

I'm curious to see how this is going to be handled as I maintain more than several corps--legitimate and shells. For instance, will shared Eve/Dust properties regarding eve gifted corporate management skills carry over to Legion? Will Legioneers finally get access to play with corporation shares and voting mechanics.

I don't think we should be concerned about it at all.
Dust already connects to Eve via the corporations, FW, and local chat. Therefore the process is pretty simple, though some steps need to be taken ahead of time just in case something goes wrong.
1. If your character is the CEO of the Dust corp, and you have an Eve account, make your Eve character become CEO.
2. If you don't have an Eve account but you trust a fellow Dust player or fellow Eve player, have them become CEO instead as a temporary measure. Again, you need to trust him/her first.
3. Transfer character over to Legion.
4. If you somehow got kicked from the corp as a result of the transfer, rejoin your corp.
5. Have the temporary CEO give back to you ownership of the corp.
Done.
Remember, the very existence of the corporation (as in its very name) is held and maintained by the Tranquility Live Server that CCP has full control over. There is no need to worry about Sony's PSN getting in the way.

I have a Eve capsuleer who be happy to facilitate the transfer of your corporation to legion. I promise not to steal shares and revoke your CEO privledges when I so chose with a vote.

DUST corps are no different than EVE corps, which are permanently hosted on Tranquility, New Eden's primary server. When Legion moves to Tranquility, it will have access to those same corps. People should NOT trust random folks offering to help them transfer their corps, as CCP will surely be able to accommodate you directly.
