They were actually a pretty good Dust alliance during and before the DNS donut

We won 9 battles against them yesterday and not another general tsos alliance member to be found to help out
And Sam mik no showed TWO district flips to Rising Suns
Like honestly there are well over 300 people in your alliance and NO ONE wanted to help you?
Pretty sure they all hate each other

I spoke personally to rising suns leadership on the day that the two district flips took place
They have assured me that no selling took place at all and that they were attacks sent that Sam-Mik no showed
They seemed pretty aloof about it saying how y'all were too scared to fight and your alliance failed to protect you
In fact we we had me and two other ringers on standby for those battles just in case
Not something you say or do when you "Bought" districts lol
So either an entire corp lied to me
Or your lying to cover your ass
If you have proof I would gladly accept that and apologize

So we promised to help
as 0.H. And I.H. at its core are mercenary corps and from there have ventured out to be a strong independent entity in Molden over the last year
We will help those in need when it does not interfere with our own Planetary conquest ventures
All they need to do is contact us
But we at the same time do not wish to tip the scale in any one corporations favor in that we help them take more districts than they can successfully hold on their own
We don't mind helping for isk or districts
But we try our hardest not to be a crutch for any one corporation or alliance
